All I'm going to say is this:

1. Post your messages to the appropriate forums.
B. Please be polite to your fellow Georgers.

And in addition, if someone posts a hit message, or a FAQ question in the excitement of finding the site, then a *polite* message welcoming them and *informing them* how the site works is appropriate. That's it. Everyone MUST realize many more people read the forum than post, and if the forums take on even a slight nasty and/or impolite tone, new people will be scared away immediately and never come back. This site is for YOUR ENJOYMENT, not your EGO BUILDING. If you feel the need to bash someone on the forums, go run around the block a few times, then come back and post a helpful and informative message. Everyone wins.

Finally, I really don't appreciate people saying "I'm going to post whatever I want, and YOU can choose to read it or not." The rules are in place to keep the discussions ON TOPIC, and the forums EFFICIENT AND ENJOYABLE. If I want to read about hits, I'll go to the hit forum - that's why I created it. I don't want to read about them here. It's no different than going to someone's house and they ask you to remove your shoes at the door. Would you just say to them "Screw your rules, I'm going to keep my shoes on - YOU don't have to look at them if they bother you." I don't think so (that is, if you ever want to be invited back.)

-Hank
