...it includes all bills with an entry in that zip code, as long as they have at least two total entries. In other words, it lists bills hit in the zip, and bills entered in the zip and hit elsewhere, but not bills entered in the zip with no hits. At least, that's what I'd infer from the search I did last night; I've not messed around with it at length.
: My question is, does this include bills initially entered in this zip, or just ones that were entered in this zip after the initial entry? When I ran the search it only came up with about 20 bills, and I know that there is at least 1 other guy in my zip that has entered quite a few bills.
