Hello All,

I've made some changes to how the system handles the user notes on bills. If anyone sees any wierdness with the user notes, please let me know ASAP - via EMAIL please. For instance, if you see the user notes out of sync with the entries, or you make note entries or changes that don't show up on the bill report, or you ever see "ERROR! ERROR!" in the bill reports, please let me know.
