If you post a message on the Public Forums, and the result page doesn't return within a few seconds max, then the forum has a problem, and PLEASE DON'T CONTINUE TO SUBMIT THE SAME POST over and over until it works.. Every time you hit the submit button, whether or not you get a response, causes a new post to be created, and more duplicate posts that I have to delete. If you hit submit, and it doesn't return quickly, don't post again, just wait, and your post will eventually show up.
