: : In the past, bosses/owners allowed Georgers to purchase un-Georged bills from the till and replace them with their Georged bills.

: Isn't that similar to withdrawing bills from the bank "just" to stamp them? I'm not trying to be difficult, just wondering what's the difference -- if I trade Georged money for un-Georged money for the sole purpose of "Georging" it, isn't that also not "natural circulation."

: I guess I'm a just little confused between #3 and #4 of the User Guidelines. They seem to contradict, to me, but maybe I'm just nitpicking.

#4 is specifically referring to depositing large numbers of marked bills to a bank. i believe you stated that you were not marking all the bills that go for deposit to the bank. there should be nothing wrong with distributing marked bill to customers as long as it is ok with your employer.
