(a) As old timers will attest, there already is a small error built into the numbers reported by the GOM.

(2) The George-O-Meter is now set to update once every ** 20 ** minutes. This is to prevent mad dashes at the last minute of people trying to enter "the" bill that makes the milestone. (See (a) above.)

(III) There will be ** NO ** announcement(s) of the bill and/or the person that enters such bill. Please don't ask about it. (See (2) above.)

(Finally) I don't care how close you ** think ** you are to entering any milestone bill - please don't start asking me to find out if ** you ** entered it, just because you were entering bills during the 20 minute window when the milestone happened, since it actually happened sometime slightly before or after when you see it appear in the GOM.

I don't do these things to be mean to all you users or hide information, they are necessary due to ** serious ** problems other users created for me in the past when we've reached milestones. This is just for fun, let's all celebrate when it happens, and not get all caught up about any specific information about who/when/what/where it happened.
