I've had a brainstorm. Maybe there'd be fewer problems like this if, when registering at WG for the first time, users had to click on an "I agree" button re various practices. For example, "I acknowledge that I must not write or stamp www.wheresgeorge.com on bills I have not entered into the database."

Presenting the info one screen at a time, with "I agree" button, at least for the worst practices, would make people slow down and read the rules, at least somewhat. I'd hate to see the site shut down!
