I consider myself an avid forum reader and contributor (I hope positive – (smile)). Sometimes, I do not have the time to read through a deluge of non-related posts. It makes it much easier for me (and probably others), if the posts are located in their respective forums.

: Perhaps a link to brief description…

You have a good suggestion. On the first page of the “Public Forum”, guidelines are displayed. If they could be more descriptive or informative, this has been suggested before (probably by myself – lol). But it has been my experience, that new Georgers are very exited (like I was) and don’t want to read a lot of text. Besides, Hank probably could not satisfy everyone’s suggestions?

Which brings me to my profile. The intent of my profile is 1) to give new Georgers a little bit of extra direction, and 2) to caution new Georgers of the pitfalls, that have annoyed Hank in the past. I love Where’s George – This is my contribution. Thanks Hank.

I am aware that my profile is not perfect, and that I may appear as a hypercritic…. “Look at my profile… Yada Yada Dada – Hey look at me!” But, I think my title is very descriptive and hopefully, helpful. And, yes it getting pretty darn large. Who wants to read a lot of text? Who want to even read this post? (Wordy, wordy, wordy… lol). In the near future, I hope to break up the pages and add some tags or easier navigation.

This is my opinion, and if I should disagree with yours, I still respect yours. Hank (as he has in the past) will correct me, if I am off base.

By the way, I’m so glad that I held my tongue when I first read Prez. Dog’s first post. I hate appearing like the Forum Police - Sorry Dog – I saw it coming. (frown)

So fellow Georgers, in my humble opinion, Hank doesn’t ask much of us. Let us show him our appreciation for an excellent website and great past time, by abiding by the few requests that he asks.

Thank you for your time.
