Thanks for the suggestion.. First, I won't add any more things for users to select or check, based on the number of emails I get from people who can't figure out what is there now. Second, I really don't see all that much difference between:

: "Please enter a short note about this bill if you like: (Where did you get it, its condition, etc... Five lines maximum)."

: "Please enter a short note about where you received this bill or what you plan to do with it in the near future.... Five lines maximum"

Additionally, it totally cuts out the condition question, which was overwhelmingly asked for about 6 months ago, and it also adds the "what you plan to do" question, which based on current abuses of the user notes, will generate 100% bogus responses. Most people know where they got the bill and will answer honestly.. Most people also DON'T know where they will spend it, and given the chance, alot of people will use the space to ad-lib and add fictional comments about where the bill will go next (use your imagination).

I think I'll leave it as is..
