One day I was gathering the trash and hangers from the registers. The lights were off and the closed signs were out. The same customers followed me to 5 different registers and tried to check out. Another time I forgot to turn on my light, and checked people out for 49 minutes straight before one of the CSMs noticed it was off and told me. I do always try to make sure my light is off, and put out my sign if I have one.
