Someone illegally ink-stamped the dollar bill with a message to
visit the wheresgeorge.com website. Defacing money with a inkstamp
is illegal. Why does wheresgeorge.com support and/or condone such
activities?

The message on dollar bill L37099---B (which you can look up in your
database to see who had initially submitted this bill) is:

"See where I've been
Track where I go next!
www.wheresgeorge.com

Should I turn this dollar bill in to the US Treasury for an unmarked
bill?
Please let me know. My default action otherwise is to call the
treasury
about the wheresgeorge.com advertising on dollar bills. The
treasury
can be reached using a phone number in the blue pages of my
Qwest telephone directory
