For whatever reason, the bid winner chose not to take the 99,999 user number. Therefore, instead of making another pathetic bid for the number, I'm taking suggestions for how to give this number away to someone. The first step is now to make suggestions to a fair method. I will select the best idea, and then use it to decide how to give it away. Post your suggestions here. Maybe I'll come up with a "Puzzler" ala "Car Talk" and who ever sends me the correct answer (with the appropriate "bribe" of course) will win...
