: They haven't announced too much yet. They say the new bills will have "similar" portraits and vignettes to the current designs. There'll be "subtle background color" added. The color-shifting ink will be retained, but it'll be a newer formulation with a more drastic color change. And there'll be unspecified additional anti-counterfeiting features.
: Beyond that, I think we'll just have to wait and see. Last I heard, the new new $20's are due out in the fall of 2003, so the designs would probably be released sometime in the late spring or summer.
