I have scans of these two below.
The first is a offset serial and seal(I think!) the scan speaks for itself.
The second is another vanishing serial and seal anomilie, the left serial is almost gone and the right is partially missing. I was forced to erase some of the numbers, but they were nearly gone to begin with!
