There are two production facilities for the BEP, one at Washington DC, and one at Fort Worth, TX. The Fort Worth facility marks their bills slightly differently, so you can tell which production facility produced the note. The Fort Worth bills will have an extra FW in front of the face plate number. On the back, the Forth Worth notes will be using a larger size number for the plate position number. On the back plate #295 in the series 1995 single from Fort Worth, the engraver accidentally used the smaller numbers reserved for the Washington DC facility. Thus all series 1995 singles with the plate #295 on the back are errors.
May God Bless!
