Well. I wrote something that I wanted to share.....

Never mind - I've already posted it in the old forum anyway....

and I know exactly how you feel. I'm still hoping Hank will leave one of the old forums open, but I'm trying to get used to these new fangled ones, because I can't bear the thought of losing contact with all of you either.
It may sound silly, but it really feels like a kind of grieving for something special that's being lost.
Hang in there, ddbyrd! The forums may be changing, but it's still the same wonderful people doing the typing there! :)

I've just copied this reply in from a Text pad window. And I've copied links into other posts... Can you give more detail on where you're trying to copy from and paste to? Also, are you in the quick reply window or the more detailed one?

It's easy.

To cut: select text you want to cut, then hit Ctrl X (hold down Ctrl key and hit x)

To copy: ditto except Ctrl C

To paste, find location where you want to paste and do Ctrl V
