I think if the whole title written could show up on the hybrid or threaded screen it could help us feel a little more at home - just a thought.

That is my single biggest issue with this format. Our one-liners are impossible. I didn't realize quite how key a part of our humor they were until the Las Vegas gathering. When people were hanging around talking, you could tell by listening who was on Happy Hour because of the rapid-fire one-liners. It was really comical when I figured it out. I hate to lose that.

just testing the title box limit
There could be some way to defeat it's propensity for shortening data found there.

A dislexic walks into a bra.
The one liners still work just as well, just in a different way.

I had to scroll all the way down to the bottom to find out what the dyslexic walked into. Kind of defeats the humor, don't you think? Also, if it now takes me 45 seconds instead of about 3 to post a one-liner, I'm not going to do it very often.

Its on my wishlist that the entire message or at least more of the message shows up on the thread veiw - it definately gives a better idea of what the post is about -
right now it just shows the start of incomplete thoughts - Character limits was a challenge in the old forum and even more now. The Threaded veiw is close to what we are used to but it lacks the continuity.
The linear veiw loses responses and ideas posted to that.
I would be a big fan of the change if the threaded veiw had more text veiwable.
it would make things like WWYLTK possible, rather more enjoyable.
