How do you know when you get reputation points?

I hear all this talk about reputation points, and I do not know how to check to see if I have any. Is the information E-mailed to me? Does it say in your profile? I'll probably do some exploring to figure it out.

CP is the User Control Panel is located at the upper left menu bar - both in the window of a particular message, and at the top of your window.

In a message and in a window of a message you wrote, click on your name or another person's name it will show you info about other users.

At the top of your window, it will take you to your control Panel where you can set up all the cool stuff about you.
