“Vicki Esralew recorded a CD of toilet-training tunes in 2002 called ‘I Gotta Go!’ that came about after her daughter got stuck in the john up to her elbows. Hoping to eliminate further toilet woes, she wrote songs like ‘Pull-Down, Pull-On’ and ‘I’m a Hottie for the Potty.’ Sample lyrics: ‘I’m a hottie for the potty, / Now I’m really in the groove / See me dancin’ and a-prancin’ / When my body has to move.’ Esralew says her kids went ga-ga for the commode carols and were motivated to use the potty properly almost overnight.”
