The Wire (HBO)
Lost
House
Grey's Anatomy
OK, Jay. I'll say it, "Desperate Housewives" though I will probably just TiVo it as I am gone most weekends.
And I hope Kitchen Confidential doesn't suck. Food Fight!!!
And maybe, MAYBE, The West Wing. It's too much of a stupid ER-type soap opera since John Wells took over, but I might watch a few episodes.

The Simpsons. All the "cool" kids like to pretend they don't like the new episodes, but the vast majority of them are still great, many topping the classics in my eyes.

I consider myself a fairly cool kid - and I anticipate every moment in the Simpsons.
I rarely get to see the newer ones - but I look at it like this - I have many seasons worth of DVDs to catch up on when they finally come out.

I don't have an HD DVR, so I like to watch Lost live. The locations are so spectacular. Everything else can be TiVo'd to skip the commercials.

We just got DVR today! There are lots that I'm looking forward to now, but these are the ones off the top of my head -
er (yes, I still love it!)
Crossing Jordan - unless they've cancelled it. It's limping, but I still love it.
Boston Legal
L&O - every single one of them
Medium
Judging Amy for about the first 3 weeks, then I'll lose patience with the whining - again, unless it's cancelled, limping.
Most sitcoms, because I am a sitcom fool!

I need to get the TV Guide when it comes out with the fall preview. There are a couple of shows I want to see! One of them is the guy that brings a person back to life to hear how he was killed so he can solve the murder!

oh yeah! that one looks good too ... kinda black humor - right up my alley!
(and my friend's show should HOPEFULLY be good too ... from the clips i've seen, this is the first thing he's done that reflects his personality and dry sense of humor)
edit: just checked - it's on abc and it's called "pushing daisies"
