I stopped eating McDonalds and almost all fast foods after I was told my cholesterhol was high for someone my age. I was still within normal range, but on the high side of normal.

Now if I must have fast food, I go to Wendy's and get a baked potato instead of french fries. Much healthier and more filling too.

Actualy I'm getting it figured out. I think there is an old spyware module installed in a non functionall user that got installed when I was messing with microsofts .net upgrades. I can only even see the user acount on safe mode and if I try to log in on it it seems to crash. Maybe I can try to reinstall the .net stuff, but I'm thinking it will require a total reload......
